Donation Refund Policy

Sanatan Swaraj Seva Trust is instituting a donation refund policy to ensure fair and transparent processing of requests for refund of donations as digital payments are becoming more frequent. We expect that all donors will exercise due care and diligence while making donations.

However, we recognize that a donation may be made erroneously or donors may change their mind. We will examine each request for refund of donation and endeavor to make the refund. We may also seek further information / documents and donor must co-operate in this regard.

How to request a refund

If you would like your donation to be refunded, you must request Sanatan Swaraj Seva Trust in writing or by email for a refund within 7 (seven) days from the date on which you made the donation. Provide your Donation ID, transaction details, and reason for the refund.

Please note: Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment only. Tax exemption certificates (80G) already issued will be cancelled if a refund is processed.
