Gau Seva is Madhav Seva — Serving Mother Cow

In Sanatan Dharma, the cow holds a supremely sacred position. She is known as "Gomata" — Mother Cow — and serving her is considered one of the highest forms of Dharma.
The Sacred Status of the Cow
Our ancient scriptures including the Vedas and Puranas repeatedly emphasize the importance of cow protection. It is said that 33 crore deities reside in the body of a cow, making her a walking temple.
Our Gau Shala Initiative
Sanatan Swaraj Seva Trust runs a Gau Shala (cow shelter) where abandoned and injured cows are given shelter, food, and medical care. Every rupee donated to this cause goes directly towards the care of these sacred animals.
Benefits of Cow Protection
- Panchagavya (five products of cow) have immense medicinal value
- Cow dung is used as organic fertilizer, benefiting farmers
- Cow's milk is considered Amrit (nectar) and has exceptional nutritional value
We invite you to join our Gau Seva mission. Even a small contribution can make a big difference in the life of a Gomata.
